With October fast approaching, leaks around the OnePlus 15 are heating up. The latest details point to three sleek colorways: Black, Purple, and a new Titanium finish alongside multiple RAM and storage options that give buyers plenty of flexibility.
OnePlus 15 set to launch in three color choices
According to well-known tipster Digital Chat Station, the OnePlus 15 will ship in three different colors. Black and Purple are expected, but the Titanium option is shaping up to be the most eye-catching of the trio. While the shared images are only concept renders, they give an early idea of what to expect from OnePlus’ design direction.
As with previous models, global color options may differ. It wouldn’t be the first time a region-exclusive finish stayed locked to China.
Memory and storage variants offer flexibility
The leak also details how OnePlus plans to split its configurations. Here’s the expected lineup:
- 12GB RAM model with 256GB or 512GB storage
- 16GB RAM model with 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB storage
Both configurations are likely to feature LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.x storage, though the exact storage version hasn’t been confirmed. Like past OnePlus flagships, storage expansion won’t be an option.
Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 confirmed through benchmarks
The Geekbench listing for the OnePlus 15 backs up another big piece of the puzzle: Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 will power the device. The tested variant featured 16GB of RAM and Android 16, paired with OxygenOS 16 on top. That lines up with OnePlus’ usual strategy of offering top-tier silicon with its latest flagship.
Project Infinity: OnePlus 15’s internal codename
Industry insider Yogesh Brar has revealed that the OnePlus 15 carries the codename Project Infinity inside the company. While codenames don’t always hint at features, it does add intrigue around how OnePlus is positioning this device compared to the Galaxy S25 Ultra and iPhone 17 Pro Max it will inevitably battle against.
Titanium may be the finish to watch
From specs to software, the OnePlus 15 is shaping up to be another heavy-hitter in the Android flagship race. But for many, the Titanium finish could end up being its true calling card, something that sets it apart visually in a crowded field.
If the leaks hold up, OnePlus fans will soon have a device that balances raw power with a fresh look. And Titanium might just shine brightest.
